- We need volunteers and a volunteer coordinator
- Looking for 10-20 people per 2hr shift

- May try to set LRF in the future as the 2nd Saturday of October at Argenta Plaza
- Charity
- Nominations and voting will be at May meeting
- Charity can be anything that is close to you be it something for kids, disabilities, women, pets, etc
- Members are encouraged to reach out to their charity of choice and inviting a representative to come to May Meeting to present the charity, as well as stories and testimonials
- Explain who and why we should support this charity
- Let Keisha know if accommodations needs to be made and to let the officers know that a representative will be coming
- Charity needs to be a 501(c)(3) since we are a 501(c)(7)

- The Nurserie will still be operational, but only as an online home delivery

- Can do 1 day shipping and deliver to meetings
- Nurserie Phone will still be operational
- CAF discount will still be provided
