          1. Talking with Wyndham Hotel to get a 20 room block
          2. Promoting event on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
          3. We need volunteers and a volunteer coordinator
            1. Looking for 10-20 people per 2hr shift
          4. Stein Hoist competition circuit
          5. May try to set LRF in the future as the 2nd Saturday of October at Argenta Plaza
          6. Charity 
            1. Nominations and voting will be at May meeting
            2. Charity can be anything that is close to you be it something for kids, disabilities, women, pets, etc
            3. Members are encouraged to reach out to their charity of choice and inviting a representative to come to May Meeting to present the charity, as well as stories and testimonials
              1. Explain who and why we should support this charity
              2. Let Keisha know if accommodations needs to be made and to let the officers know that a representative will be coming
            4. Charity needs to be a 501(c)(3) since we are a 501(c)(7)

        1. FlyAway will host but no wort provided–getting back to the roots of homebrewing
        2. Bring any equipment and ingredients needed to brew
        3. Water and Electricity will be provided
          1. Water quality

            2. Central Arkansas Water profile
        4. DME (dry malt extract) can be used in place of wort
        5. 3 official styles but not necessary to brew

      1. Slightly more than 10k in bank
      2. Need to transfer the funds from CheddarUp to bank
  • New Business
      1. Nurserie- Rob
        1. Last month of the storefront being open
        2. The Nurserie will still be operational, but only as an online home delivery
        3. Has a website called the The Cracked Grain (https://www.thecrackedgrain.com/)
        4. Can do 1 day shipping and deliver to meetings
        5. Nurserie Phone will still be operational
        6. CAF discount will still be provided
      2. Historic Arkansas Museum Hop-Off

        2. Brew needs to be pre-1900s
        3. Will be from 5-8pm on July 10th
        4. Setup starts at 4pm and brewers need to be ready by 4:45pm
      3. State Fair Competition
