CAF Meeting 2/12/26 at Vino’s

Annual membership drive
    Online Membership was having issues, see Kesha to record information for accounting
     1 new member showed up
January- Southern Tail meeting successful

  1. Kesha- VP Social Events
    1. Work on scheduling meetings
      1. With Luke to line up with Pro Ams
    2. Trivia Night conflicts on Thursdays
    3. Ideas for new places and support local breweries – let Kesha know
      1. Buckman Brewhouse just opened in Cabot, Kesha is going to see it
    4. March meeting maybe at Professor Bowl

    1. Working on Pro Ams
    2. Talking to Chris later in year

      2. April 18th – part of the cook/camp out

      2. Submit scoresheets to earn ranks
        1. You can resubmit scoresheets for same beer/style
  5. Secretary
    1. Dalton had to step down
    2. Diana is the new secretary
    3. Brian mentioned approval of Secretary notes of previous month should be done first

      2. Approved by Kesha and Jo, club agreed
  6. Jo- Treasurer
    1. Started up with 14.3 in bank
      1. Paying Loring 300 for driving down Bluebonnet entries
      2. Paying Brian 13 for Extravaganza entries
      3. PO Box payment due
    2. Membership dues collected on CheddarUp so far is 675
    3. Bank now reflects 13.8

    1. Bo 
      1. March/April, YouTuber BC from Doin’ the Most will be visiting Bo and the Lesters to show homebrew setups
      2. Will provide YouTube link when available
    2. Historic Arkansas Museum is doing a Mead Making Class on 2/14/26 with the Lesters
    3. Iain Report
      1. Pro Am Stone Throw Dubbel with Brian is available
        1. Black Apple is on hiatus; Stone Throw is ramping up cider production
      2. Historic Arkansas Museum 5th Hop Off
        1. Date is July 10
        2. Sign-ups open—may not get a response til few months from now
        3. Passed out flyers with information
        4. Recommended to bring 3 gallons
        5. Brews must be pre 1900s
