• Meeting called to order by Bonz for the purpose of officer elections and general club business.

2. Announcements & General Business

Bluebonnet Brew-Off

• Registration: Luke reported that registration is closed. Members are encouraged to enter obscure categories if they still want to participate.
• Entries: Loring submitted entries on 1/22, including entries from The Nursery.
• Judging Encouragement: Members were encouraged to sign up to judge.
• Headcount Needed: A headcount is needed for Bluebonnet participation.
• Tickets:
• Club is purchasing VIP tickets for CAF members.
• Includes a VIP tasting and lunch on Saturday
• Pub Crawl: You’re on your own for pub crawl tickets
• Alternative option: Beer pairing dinner.
• Homebrew Showcase: Bluebonnet Homebrew Showcase on Saturday.

Extravaganza – February 21, 2026

• Planned club trip to judge at the event.
• Entries submitted by: Joe, Kesha, and Brian.
• Entry drop off at the Nursurie
