Welcome Fellow Fermenters!
The Central Arkansas Fermenters (CAF) is a home brew club located in Little Rock, Arkansas. We are one of the largest home brew clubs in the United States with over 100 current members.
The mission of CAF is to provide education and enhance the awareness and understanding of the art, science, and craft underlying the at-home brewing of beer, ciders, wines, and other fermented beverages throughout the Central Arkansas region, and to use that craft to benefit other charitable organizations in the area.

You can join the club by paying your dues online. Our annual membership drive meeting is in February, so your dues are good from February – January of the following year.

We will be meeting in person at Stone’s Throw Brewing for our May meeting.
As always, please bring homebrew to share if you’d like! Please purchase a beer or two from Stone’s Throw as well to support our wonderful friends and supporters there!
This meeting is the turn-in for the May Pro-Am with Stone’s Throw Brewing. Please bring at least 2, preferably 3 bottles of your Unconventional Style C-Hops beer to the meeting to enter. If you can’t make the meeting, you can also drop off your entries at Fermentables up to noon on Friday, May 14. Please write your name and your beer’s name and style on a piece of paper, put that in a ziploc bag, and rubber band the ziploc bag to the bottle for each bottle of your entry.

Little Rocktoberfest 2025
Every year our club hosts Little Rocktoberfest. This is a homebrew focused beer festival showcases some of the area’s great home made beer, cider, and wine. This year’s event will be held at Argenta Plaza in North Little Rock on Saturday, October 11th.
Arkansas State Fair Homebrew Competition
