The Central Arkansas Fermenters (CAF) is a home brew club located in Little Rock, Arkansas. We are one of the largest home brew clubs in the United States with over 100 current members.
The mission of CAF is to provide education and enhance the awareness and understanding of the art, science, and craft underlying the at-home brewing of beer, ciders, wines, and other fermented beverages throughout the Central Arkansas region, and to use that craft to benefit other charitable organizations in the area.

You can join the club by paying your dues online. Our annual membership drive meeting is in February, so your dues are good from February – January of the following year.

Our December meeting and annual Christmas Party will be held at The Flying Saucer in Little Rock. If you want to participate in the annual tradition of the Dirty Santa gift exchange, bring a wrapped gift (usually beer or fermentation-related) in the $15-20 range. Remember, no opening and drinking beer gifts until the game is over!
Please feel free to bring homebrew to share with everyone.
December Pro-Am Schwarzbier turn-ins are due at this meeting. Please bring them to the meeting or take them by Southern Tail by the end of the week.
Our Main Events
Little Rocktoberfest 2025
Every year our club hosts Little Rocktoberfest. This is a homebrew focused beer festival showcases some of the area’s great home made beer, cider, and wine. This year’s event will be held at Argenta Plaza in North Little Rock on Saturday, October 11th.
Arkansas State Fair Homebrew Competition
Every year our club hosts the Arkansas State Fair homebrew competition that draws serious competitors not just from Central Arkansas but from around the Country! Details of this competiton can always be found at the link below:
